At USA Socks, we believe in fast handling, transparent options, and honest timelines. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order ships.


Processing Times

Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours from our Michigan facility. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following business day.


Shipping Methods

We primarily ship with USPS, and in some cases UPS, to ensure reliable delivery across the U.S.

  • USA Standard: Estimated 3–5 business days

  • USA Priority: Estimated 2–4 business days

  • USA Express: Estimated 1–3 business days (depending on location)

At checkout, you’ll see real-time rates and delivery estimates based on your cart and address.


Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $100 or more within the contiguous U.S. The free option will appear automatically at checkout once your cart qualifies.

  • All 50 States – USPS and UPS options available

  • APO/FPO/DPO & Military Addresses – fully supported with USPS services

  • PO Boxes – supported with USPS


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is created.


Address Updates

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us right away. We can adjust the address as long as your order has not shipped.


Insurance & Responsibility

At checkout, you’ll have the option to add shipping insurance. If your insured package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we’ll provide replacement or refund options.

If insurance is not selected, once your package is handed off to USPS/UPS, responsibility for delays or loss rests with the carrier.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your socks. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 45 days of delivery. 

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being sent back. Returns received without an RMA cannot be processed. RMA returns are processed at a different facility and will have a separate return address, which is why obtaining an RMA number before sending your items back is required.

How to Request an RMA

  1. Email us at hello@usasocks.org with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Our team will reply with your RMA number and detailed instructions.

  3. Pack your items securely and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the package back using the carrier of your choice (or the prepaid label if provided).

  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your replacement, store credit, or refund according to your request.
